On-site Training Workshops

We are based in Pretoria but our facilitators do travel to corporations throughout the country.

ADULT LEARNING

Adults learn best when they are actively challenged. We guarantee that you will not sit still for two days listening to theory. By using a combination of mini-lectures, discussions, and activities we aid and accelerate the learning process – providing small steps towards the big celebration.

PARTICIPATION

Our participants always tell us that the time goes by so quickly that they don’t even miss the normal afternoon downtime, a time when they would normally find themselves mentally sleeping. Our workshops are usually done at your business site or alternative as arranged and are typically two days of intense work and lots of fun.

EXECUTIVES

We also do very short, (1-3 hours) brief-and-special programs for your executives on your site.

PROFACT also provides specific executive retreats for you, off-site – small groups, very productive for the “I don’t have time to” pressure of high demanding work environments.
