TPN specializes in Team Development coaching, BUT we do NOT do it on a group hug-basis. We believe in healthy and respectful challenge. We focus on Solutions –creating a common purpose as seen from different perspectives – always with the “future perfect” in mind. If an organisation thinks that quick fixes, group hugs and campfires will prepare their teams for success in today’s brutal business climate, TPN Team coaches will not be a match.
Our programs were created to work with companies that are serious about growth and development – who need both their projects and employees to be successful AND who are prepared to spend the money to get out ahead of their competition.

Conflict is an integral part of teamwork.
Everybody may wish conflict to go away, or may want conflict resolution to be permanent, but if you want to get work done, you have to accept conflict as part of the process – process gain or process loss. The goal of incorporating Trust and Conflict training and coaching in the Team Development process is to keep conflict constructive. Constructive conflict gets the job done because team-members shows respect and acceptance for the different viewpoints and considers that other’s strengths are beneficial to growth.
