I am Elta Boshard, the founder and solo-CEO of the PROFACT Network – a virtual learning community for independent and mostly Solution-Focused

My intention in sharing “lessons from life” through serving as coach, articles and assessments is to open doors, to build bridges — to spark in us a willingness to open our eyes to new possibilities. I’m operating from a basic life philosophy that we are here to be expressions of love, with all the pretty colours of our own particular reflections… that we are here on this journey together, to share, to care and to be deeply connected to our “Self as Instrument” .
As you can see from this picture (left) I was awarded the Grandmother of the Year 2004 Award for achieving my PhD in 2003 – capturing the work I did in the field of community development by training and empowering trauma workers.
Since then a lot of water has passed under the bridge!
The years have taken its toll on my face, but not my spirit and I am blessed with these Networkers who share the vision, the mission and the passion to make a difference in the lives of people who need to know that “this too shall pass” – (Og Mandino).
